As an interactive, solution-focused therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and feedback to help clients address current life challenges and long-standing issues. With sensitivity and compassion, I counsel individuals and couples to find resolution to a wide range of issues.
My areas of focus include anxiety / stress management, relationship issues (including an understanding of relationship patterns), increased self-esteem, effective communication, and depression. I offer clients strategies for managing stress and increased self-worth derived from principals of mindfullness and nueroscience.
